Absolutely LOVED the service. After the treatment, Iiterally had baby face. smooth and soft. helped reduce acne scar and sun damage. specially the steam! it was so relaxing. However, as I booked through Treatwell, they didnt get my appointment through, so when I went, I wasnt treated, had to reschedule to another day. But their treatment was so good, we can forget that.

I had booked a course of six sessions for laser hair removal on my top lip. I had one session with holly and was left with a large burn on the side of my mouth which has now resulted in permanent scar on the side of my mouth, i was offered a refund but since requesting for the money back i have not had any communication.
