Salon was closed, no information, they dont pick up the phone. Service was prepaid and I am waiting for the refund.

Travelled all that way in the rain, for the stored to be closed. Called multiple times and no answer.. I'm so annoyed. Took my money but left me with nothing. So unprofessional. I'm very disappointed.

Very disappointed! Travelled all the way to the shop and it was closed!!!! I would like a refund back as soon as possible. Do not bother coming to this store it is a waste of time.

Got there and the shutters were down. Wasted journey in the rain! You should probably not let people book appointments online if you are going to be closed. I even booked a day in advance and was not contacted by anyone to let me know. I'd like a refund.

The saloon was closed when I arrived. THEY CAN AT LEAST PUT THEIR WORKING HOURS CORRECTLY SO PEOPLE DON’t book and loose their time and money!
