Courtney was great. I was happy with my hair however felt slightly intimidated by the owner who came into the salon, spoke AT me rudely telling me that she will cancel my Treatwell appointment which I had already booked and paid for and I will need to pay her cash because supposedly she won’t get the full payment due to commissions to Treatwell. Which has nothing to do with me and I was uncomfortable with paying in cash having already paid Treatwell. So of course I didn’t but still unacceptable

Appointment never happened and was charged, and not refunded. Apparently the place is shut down but still accepting bookings.
