had a 30 mins deep tissue massage on my neck and shoulders with Paul and was very good. The treatment was very effective and my pain has diminished since then. Also, he advised me on stretches and areas I have to relax more. He is really kind and the venue is conveniently located on Marylebone High street.

Had a lovely massage from Paul at Neal's Yard, very knowledgeable, asked where my trouble areas were and took the time to focus and suggest stretches for long term improvement. Have booked in another massage with him already!
