Great massage. I've had problems with my calves for a few months while running.
I loved Paul's holistic approach to figuring out why and how to solve it, rather than just focusing on the specific pain.
I went on a long run the morning after and have had no calf pain during or after the run at all.
Paul also gave me a program of exercises to help and I'll definitely be back for more sessions.

Paul was absolutely brilliant. Very informative session which taught me a lot about my body and issues - which have not been picked up by any physios or osteos I've seen before. I will be coming back for corrective treatment and ongoing sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
