I booked two curly blow dries for a friend and I in late July. We were looking forward to it. First up- the salon itself is perfect, small but clean and modern, near Princes St. A find - or so we thought. “Kass” is unable to blow dry hair. She can’t work with more than 2 or 3 strands at a time, takes forever, doesn’t know how to twirl a brush. James had to step in and help in both our cases. We left furious & upset at being told our hair is “wrong for curly blow dries”. Hopeless. Avoid.

I paid an hour to park my car and when I got to the salon I was told that kass was a junior and could only cut my hair in a straight line. I needed my layers trimmed so she told me that she could not do this And I would need to wait until her boss was back from holiday. I should have been made aware of her limited capabilities. Extremely disappointed as I needed my hair cut for an event the next day, what a waste of my hour travelling / petrol and parking charges..
