Not Kass, JAMES. Unfortunately my appointment had been forgotten about so I had to come back 45 minutes later & my booking was rushed to the point I left with damp, unfinished hair which was slightly uneven with long strands of hair (another client waiting after me so obviously wanted to get me out).
Although I went back & it was fixed I wouldn’t go back again or recommend unfortunately. Went for a trim & got a lot of hair taken off from the back where all the length was, absolutely gutted.
