I was initially pleased with my experience at the salon. I felt warmly welcomed, and I appreciated the hairdresser’s expertise and advice. However, during the appointment, the haircut felt rushed. The final outcome is uneven, with some noticeably short, stray strands that make the overall look appear unpolished and it feels quite difficult to manage and not in line with what I expected based on the earlier consultation. Everyone has a bad day but don’t let it out on your costumers.
