Really disappointed that I booked this appointment and when I turned up for the haircut I was told James was in holiday. It was a 6pm appointment and I was going on holiday the next morning so it was snookered.
It’s really important to keep booking calendars updated when you have an online booking system
This has caused me significant inconvenience
