Came in for a fullbody massage incl scalp as birthday treat. The first thing I noticed was how clean the shop was. Kept to covid guidelines. Hayley greeted me at the reception and was friendly and easy to talk to throughout. She was very professional but made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during the massage. The massage itsself was amazing, really helped with tension in my back thats been bothering me for ages. Definitely recommend and hope to come back again. Thanks again hayley!

I have been a regular for several years, but since a new owner, every appointment has been late, the facial I had booked, ended up with me walking out 30mins after the scheduled time, having been left outside in the cold for 15min of the 30min delay, despite being told twice that they’ll only be 1 minute! This time I was told that the therapist was running a couple of minutes late, so I asked if that meant 50mins. The owner did come out to apologise, I got in 5mins later than scheduled
