Really upset, as holly was lovely. However my lashes look awful, I have stray lashes poking into my eye, they’re all clumped together and I have had fluff glued to my lashes too. Such a shame and a waste of money. Would really appreciate I refund because now I’ll have to pay for someone to remove these painful lashes.
