Ruined my hair on top of that very pushy for a tip and cold water on my hair wash. She had very lack of customer care and was showing off how good she is and in charge when boss is not at Salon. I'm so upset and really feel terrible about hair.

This was not alponas fault the stylist who originally dyed my hair on Friday ruined it. Alpona did her best to correct it but it still looks awful.
