It Was a great experience I love my highlights, Francesca was exceptional nice only complant I'd have is one other staff was late for her own customer then very rude towards my stylist, she wasnt welcoming which created a bad atmosphere and gave horrid looks the entire time while in front house of saloon. Other than this it was a pleasant experience.
