The haircut looks nice, but is very basic, I think it could have been a bit more creative. The highlights are different from what I expected (or wanted), I asked for something lighter than my hair and more discreet, but the colour turned out very bright. Doesn't look bad, but it's not what I really wanted. Staff was polite, and environment relaxing.

I had paid online thinking my hair was in the short category, when completely straight it was just over my shoulder and I was told after my cut that actually it was classed as long, and that I needed to pay £12 more. Check how much it's going to cost before it's actually cut, felt slightly robbed after that!

Great haircut! I'm very happy with my haircut. We discussed what I wanted and my hairdresser talked me through how he was going to execute allowing me to feedback before things actually happened. Usually I hate my haircut for at least 2 days after I got it cut but this time I loved it right away.
