Disappointing to say the least. Arrived at 11am when my 1 hour appointment was scheduled for, only to find the hairdresser had just started with another client. I was to come back 20 mins later. Did so only to find hairdresser was busy for another 20 mins. With less than 20 mins left, the hairdresser asked the man on reception to wash my hair - he didn’t know what he was doing so and I suspect this isn’t his usual role. Finally had a 10 min rushed hair cut, and left to return to work with soaking wet hair (I was offered the chance to come back for the blow dry later - not so helpful since my hair would be dry by then). Realise they were understaffed, and perhaps there had been a double booking? Just a shame I wasn’t told that on arrival, rather than wasting 40 minutes waiting for a rushed cut. On another day, I may have had a better experience, but on this occasion communication was terrible, and the experience was disappointing to say the least.
