Didn’t have a blow dry, done curling tong as said hair was too thick but the curls fell out within an hour, disappointed as paid £22 for something I could have done better

My hair is rather crooked and uneven. Got a bob haircut, which the hairdresser did not measure up just curled it (which I did want is curled). I didn't think it was odd that he had not measured it. But must to my disgust 2 days later when I straightened it I realised it was not even and all over the place.
