That was the most unsanitary place I have ever had waxing done. My fault for leaving it last minute before holiday. I prepaid and the woman on duty did not honor my treatwell paid for service. She modified it. She didnt even close the door all the way shut as she was talking to a walk in customer and i was trying to get undress! I paid for hot wax brazillian and got those horrible strips instead. This place is not cheap it was a nightmare especially it made sense when the woman said the owner was on holiday and she was a fill in. I don’t even know if she was licensed or just the help? By the time i learned this i was already undressed and she was applying those awful prewaxed strips you buy out of a box!
i am not being mean just truthful. If i wasnt so desperate I would of walked out. I will have to follow this up with my epi-lady anyway. What a waste if money.

Was shut when I arrived, and they didn't get the message that j had booked through treat well. I was a little disappointed and she was 10 mins late as was still on M25. Owner offered me a 5 pound discount which was nice. Lovely chatting to her. Needed music or something to make a bit of atmosphere.
