Although it was a nice place the service was nothing what I was expecting. I booked and prepaid the service and it was indicating that 1 specific member of the staff was going to cut my hair. when I arrived there the staff told me she couldn't do that because she wasn't good on the kind of service I was asking or (short haircut). They asked another member of the staff to do my hair and it was nothing what I was asking (even showing pictures). they cut the back of my hair, but they didn't touch the sides and front on my hair... I`m still trying to understand what was that. No blow dry at all.

After delays on the tube I managed to make it to my appointment just on time, albeit incredibly hot and frazzled. Julia, was absolutely lovely and made sure I was comfortable and sated before starting my treatment. She was friendly and engaging , and the wax was quick and virtually painless. Julia is very talented and I would recommend her. I would definitely go back.
