After reading such amazing reviews, I was so looking forward to the manicure. However, overall I was really disappointed. My appointment wasn't with Jade but another therapist. The cuticle work was quite good, but the application was really quite poor. I noticed after leaving the salon that the colour was very patchy in places, and it chipped within a few hours. After two days I had to take the colour off, which for a professional manicure, you hope would last 3-4 days.
