I believe I had Jess who completed my Hollywood wax. She was wonderful! Kept checking that the temperature of the wax was not too hot and making sure I was comfortable. She was very thorough to make sure there were no stray clusters of hairs which I was impressed with as I've had previous wax jobs where there still was. All in all it was excellent service!

Despite friendly staff and a good location, the eyelash treatment itself was rather disappointing. First of all the appointment was cancelled last minute. Secondly, instead of full set (as it was indicated in my booking) they did half set and told me to pay extra if I wanted to have more eyelashes. A lot of eyelashes have been already gone by the morning. I think they are going to last not even two weeks. I have been doing eyelashes treatment for three years and I am afraid it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I don't get waxes very often so I guess I'm easy to please - everything was quick, but not without being polite, the location is great for me and the waxing itself was good, very few ingrown hairs which I'm prone to. The 'strip' though I have to say is quite crooked - as in, it does not go up the middle, it kind of veers to the side which looks kooky as hell - I would have asked her to fix it up but I couldn't see properly for a good five minutes due to looking up at the bright lights on the ceiling (rooky move). Overall a good experience - I'll go back next time and make sure I look at the wall instead.

Lovely place. Lovely nails at the end of it. Only thing that could have been improved was that she kept having to break off to answer the phone - but she was very sweet about it and kept apologising! I would recommend this place for gel nails.
