friendly welcome. nicely decorated and presented salon. wide choice of colours for gel manicure. However had better manicures elsewhere....following gel removal, nail surfaces were filed more than usual, cuticle work not very thorough, clear base gel is visible on a number of nails around the edge of the colour gel and tips seem not to have been sealed properly as a few edges snagged within a few days. Overpriced for the quality

I booked a microdermabrasion but before I could realize it and remind the therapist I was getting a regular facial instead. The staff was friendly enough but I had the feeling my therapist had better things to do, as she repeatedly left the room during the facial. Overall not a great experience

Appointment was about 40 minutes late, the lady doing my waxing was lovely but it was much more painful than other places I have been. Won’t be visiting again.
