Wasn’t the worst wax I’ve ever had, but definitely wasn’t the best. More painful than others and left with a lot of wax and hair still left on me.. I won’t be returning.

The lady who did my wax, was great. Very quick, professional and put me at ease. Delighted with the results.

This was my second visit because the location is convenient for me. The treatment was fine, but the appointment was 30 minutes late to start, which was quite inconvenient. The place isn’t special enough to justify a 30 minute delay. The manager apologised, to be fair. I intend to go elsewhere for future appointments.
