Poor customer experience, OK hair cut. I booked a wash and cut. Arrived and was never greeted. My hair dresser didn't introduce himself, didn't ask who I was or if I was the person that had booked. Sat me down in the chair, asked what I wanted but took no interest. That was about all I heard from him. I had product in my hair but didn't wash it out or even wet it so was constantly tugging a comb through it. Finished the cut and then tried to charge me even though I had already paid.
