Honestly awful, she didn’t care at all. I was in and out in 10 minutes with not so much as a goodbye. She didn’t even check my hair at the end...it’s uneven. I never leave bad reviews but this hair job is a different gravy.

The treatment space is downstairs, beneath a barber shop, right in the centre of Balham. I was sat in a comfortable chair, with plenty of lighting and a large mirror. Rima was friendly and professional. She took time to achieve a tidy, bold look, which is exactly what I wanted. That said, she completed the treatment in a timely fashion. I was really pleased with the result. Definitely value for money. I will certainly be returning! Thank you
