I get a blow dry every 2 weeks and tried Jackson’s for the first time and it was a horrific experience. My hair was pulled so hard that I now have intense pain in my scalp (almost a month later) and I am experiencing hair loss. During the blow dry I was asked to put my head between my legs for them to do the back of my hair (NOT normal) and the staff were incredibly rude. I am not a fussy customer but this was truly awful.
