I go in and say “I’m growing my hair long and would like a light trim.” We agree on the length to cut at about 1/2 an inch. The dude takes off close to 3 inches. I say what part of “light trim” did you not understand?? From now on I will ask the barber to repeat what I said….why bother….don’t they always do what they want to do anyway, right? I also paid for a shampoo, £21, and my hair wasn’t washed. Never again will I return to these guys.

I asked for brunette and blonde framing from blonde highlights, the top half of my hair is now brunette and the bottom blonde. Didn’t realise how bad it was until I left the salon. Absolutely gutted always had a positive experience until today. Hairdresser also absolutely yanked my hair to the point of tears.
