Awful experience. No initial chat. Was left waiting head in the basin for ages while they found someone for me. Then a very quick haircut which was wonky and badly shaped around my face. Felt like she was chopping random bits of my hair off. Then the blow dry made my hair look worse so I straightened when I got home. And the atmosphere was not friendly at all. Don’t recommend.

Laser hair removal with Shadi was quick, comfortable and not as painful as when i had this treatment at another salon. This is a top up following several sessions at another salon, but I am seeing good results after 1 session. Thank you!
