Masy was double booked and I had to wait. I originally I was told 20 minutes but ended up being 45 minutes. Masy then asked a colleague Pari to assist with the hair wash and it must have been the worst hair wash of my life. She took literally 2 minutes and gave me no head massage only to then leave me there standing with a towel on my head. I appreciate they are busy but I have been going weekly as Masy is wonderful but this put me off now. Pari was awful and had no customer service.
Blow Dry
First time seeing Masy. She went thru my hair ideas and did such a fab job with my hair colour. I was covered in gray roots and felt like a different person walking out. She had incredible attention to detail when dyeing my hair. Will book again! Thanks!
