The worse experience I had in years! I went for the offer thinking that the high number of reviews meant it was a nice place. The place was messy, staff unfriendly (ended apologizing after I left) the hair washing area was dirty and I had to asked to clean it before they wash my hair. Everything was in a hurry and stressful - at not point my opinion was considered when cutting my hair. I got told that " you will see when you hair is dry" very disappointed and no going back there ever again.

My haircut itself looks good and my hair is definitely healthier, but it really wasn't what I asked for. She cut off a good 5 inches more! Also felt like the women's section was just lumped at the back of a barber shop.
