I didn't get the hairdresser I booked (who i usually go to) but it was still a very good haircut. Would be amazing if there were a few more smiles though!

I'm very happy with the way my colouring turned out, but when I sat in the chair the woman told me it would be an extra £20 to go blonde as opposed to another colour. Didn't see that in any of the fine print, but I didn't want to go another colour and as I'd already paid £20 I didn't want to just walk away. Don't see why it would've cost so much more anyway when it took her barely any effort to do and there were no other customers regardless.
