I came in to have my roots treated by Ati , but another Lady was asked colour my roots she use the colour on my roots and the rest of my hair which changed my hair colour . I was told by Ati I only need my roots to be coloured not the rest of my hair I left not happy as I only wanted my roots done , I do not like the colour which I now have,I am not blaming Ati but the lady who was doing my roots . Sorry have to give my honest opinion
