I really like my new hair. It was an overall good experience.
My hair didn't turn out quite how I had shown in the picture I'd taken but I actually prefer the end result to what I'd asked for!
Only improvement that could be made was that the salon wasn't as clean as I'd like but I think, as it was close to Christmas and it was busy, there perhaps weren't as many staff as usual to keep up with demand and clean.
It was good value for the service I received. I will be back. Thank you :)

Hairdresser cut big layers in one side of my bob without asking me. Only saw it at home later when I was trying to make the blow dry look better. My hair has now lost half its volume on one side. It was supposed to be below my chin yet the shortest layer is eye length. It is too short to have any corrective work done Really upset.
