Is it possible to leave a 0 star review? Going to this establishment has been one of the worst hair experiences I have ever had. My appointment was 30 minutes late, i was shuffled between 3 separate stylists (none of whom seemed to know how to use a BUZZER), no one could understand what I wanted, even though I brought multiple photos, and THEN when the woman finally started cutting my hair she did it with such nonchalance that she didn't even LOOK at my hair while she snipped away. I should have walked out when the appointment was so late.
Basically unless you need the most basic shampoo or fringe trim, save your money and your sanity and go LITERALLY anywhere else.
