Shoutout to Abi for tackling my very, very long and thick hair and doing an amazing job. Glad to have found this affordable gem in a sea of overpriced salons.
The only thing I’d say is, if you have hair as thick and long as mine, there’s no option to let them know it’ll probably take longer than their allotted time. Abi still took good care and didn’t rush, but the next customer was awful to her and me because it took slightly longer than expected.

I got there early however as it was cold they let me wait inside while they opened up. I specifically chose Faiza because she is so genuinely nice, does the job carefully and considerately. Makes sure she does a good job and also does it efficiently. Brilliant service.

The haircut was just fine, but I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen even though it was a morning appointment and the hairdresser took a personal call during my haircut which was a bit unprofessional.
