WORST SALON I have ever been to. With the rudest staff. Do not go here. I had a gel soak off, gel manicure and eyebrow tint and threading. The beautician took around 2 hours just for a gel manicure, doing 2 fingers at a time, nails had bubbles in them after the manicure and 6 nails lifted and came off the following day. Usually gel manicures last 10-14 days. Called the salon to explain and asked if I could send pictures - lady told me ‘it was my problem’ as I could not get back to the salon until the weekend to fix so instead asked for a refund - shocking service very rude to me and she then put the phone down on me twice. In the end I called Treatwell and they were shocked also at treatment, apologised to me and have refunded me a credit note for the amount so I can get it done somewhere else. I would not recommend to anybody only gave one star as you had to.

I have a hole in my eyebrow.
I went for my appointment and they only had a beautician that could do waxing despite booking threading. I accepted but she must’ve done something wrong. I now have a hole in my eyebrow. Very disappointed
