Lady using hot wax did not know how to use it - she tried to pull it off before it was dry. Second beautician had to come in to finish.

Booked the treatment for 1.
Arrived and the girl had just started another client.
Started 40min late with another girl.
A 45min manicure that lasted 1.30h.
None of the owners even apologised to me.
Arrived at 1pm left at 3pm. I was doing shellac so I wasn't able to leave without having it finished. Otherwise I would have done.
Bad booking management and bad service overall.
Not coming back.
Gel Nails Manicure
The overall experience was good. I did have to wait 15 mins after my start time as they were running late but happy with the result

It's my second bad experience in this place; as it is close to work I gave it another chance, but never again. Rude unprofessional receptionist, beautician that did not speak a word of English (did not understand the wax was too hot). The waxing was quick but I was burnt, peeling now and I hope it does not leave mark. Not booking again.
