They cancelled on me at 18:30 the day before my appointment (which was booked with 3 weeks in advance). They told me to book in another jackie & Co, which was really inconvenient for me, and didn't even offer to book it, or to give me any compensation.

Not very welcoming, more concerning about getting the payment before discussing the heaircut. Despite explaining what I wanted, my hair was cut lots more than I asked for. It’ll take months to grow back to my proffered length.

This was my second brazillian blow dry and my hair is back to normal after first wash and I used a sulphide free shampoo. When I did the first time in a different saloon, my hair was silky and straight for more than a month. I seriously doubt the products they used. That my money down the drain !
