Not very welcoming, more concerning about getting the payment before discussing the heaircut. Despite explaining what I wanted, my hair was cut lots more than I asked for. It’ll take months to grow back to my proffered length.

This was my second brazillian blow dry and my hair is back to normal after first wash and I used a sulphide free shampoo. When I did the first time in a different saloon, my hair was silky and straight for more than a month. I seriously doubt the products they used. That my money down the drain !

The lady told me repeatedly that intense burning during the gel drying process was normal (although I kept saying it wasn't) and it turns out she had actually cut my toe. Other than that quite a good pedicure. Very pleasant lady.
