I booked a haircut for 16:30 with a certain hairstylist. When I arrived there, I was informed that he was off that day and a polite lady asked me if I wanted someone else to do the haircut and I accepted. Of course, I had to wait 20-25 minutes (was offered something to drink). Apart from that, I have to admit that my haircut was quite good and the staff was friendly. Just, I suggested to keep the available hairdressers/hairstylists of the venue updated on Treatwell , so there is no confusion.

My booking hadn’t gone through as I only booked it 15 minutes before, however they managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday for a full head of highlights, cut and colour, the staff were lovely and I love my hair. I will be going back again.
