always get a good haircut here and the hairdresser poli is lovely, but please discuss your pricing with treatwell so that the customer doesn't have to get involved especially since this haircut was prepaid

Very disappointed with this place. I asked for Balayage and was very clear about what I wanted however, Raha basically ignored everything I said. She instead gave me highlights but not to the very top of my head so I already look like I need to go back to the hairdresser to get my roots done. On top of this the salon charged me £20 extra for toner, I asked if I could have it without and they said no even though the price on treatwell was a set £55. I said could I not have a haircut or my hair dried and then not have to pay for the toner but they also said no. Therefore I had to pay £75 for something that was completely different to what I asked for. I will never ever be going back here.
