Had a great experience with Raha! She cut my hair beautifully, exactly how I wanted, and was friendly and professional throughout. The other staff were really nice too and I was offered tea/coffee etc.

My only issue was that my hair was very wet and I didn't have a towel on my shoulders, so I was a little wet by the end. The blow dry warmed my up however.

I had haircuts done for my 2 daughters and the staff have been incredibly lovely to make them feel confortable. They’ve had a great and relaxing moment. The staff also gave me tips on how to take care of their curly hair and the hairstyles that suits their face shape and age! Extremely positive experience, will be back soon ...

Very disappointed I’m afraid. When I first arrived to my appointment they seemed quite surprised to have me there. But sat me down and asked how I wanted my hair. I tried to explain that I was booked in for hair extensions. They instantly went away and started to make phone calls. They then put me on the phone on the guy who were meant to do my extensions (he wasn’t even there) he said that he couldn’t do my hair because he had forgotten the machine for extensions in another venue and that he had tried to call me to reschedule, I had no missed calls that day. I also tried to explain that I was booked in for microrings, not certain (which is stated clearly in my booking on Treatwell), they kept on passing around the phone between myself and the colleges for a while before they gave me the option to either wait for later on in the evening or come back another day.
I decided to come back the following day since I desperately needed my hair done for an event.
Coming back the following day, my appointment was at 5pm, they kept me waiting for another hour before they started to look at me and what to do. Once again he thought I was there for keratin and once again I had to explain that I was there for microrings. He then realised that he had no equipment for that this time either and had to sen someone away in a car to buy the equipment needed. During this time, he tried to convince me to use already used rings covered in someone else’s old hair.
It took another hour before he could start with my hair. So, over all 2 hour wait. The treatment it self was so painful, it really felt like he was pulling out more hair then he put in and the result is not very good either.
Even after all this, I was made to pay full price. Which they asked me to do in the middle of the treatment because they wanted to cash up and go home....
