I booked blow dry for long hair but I had to pay additional 6£ for the blow dry because they said they consider shoulder-length hair as long and anything longer is with additional cost (my hair is not really long, only 10 cm below the shoulders).

This was really easy to book, intact I booked within minutes of my appointment. It is near my home and I was looking to give it a try.
I was the only customer when I arrived. The atmosphere wasn't particularly ambient but staff were prompt and Raha was good at checking water temperature with me and talking me through what she was doing. She was firm and clear. Not chatty but that was absolutely fine with me.
I had a straight forward trim and was pleased with the time and care taken.
