I booked Olaplex+blowdry on sale at £52. At the venue I was told this price was incorrect for Olaplex as my hair was too long (to my armpits) and instead told to pay £80. We agreed on £70. The treatment was good and I had a few inches off the length (to my collar bone so not very long...) I was sat in a chair right next to another customer for my rinse (Covid precautions?) and wasn't asked what style blowdry. I was told I couldn't pay by card and escorted to the cashpoint. Won't be going back.

Manicure barely lasted a week. Wasn’t too sure about the level of hygiene - even for normal (pre-corona) standards it was a bit dicey.
