I was very unhappy with my experience. I was charged an extra £14 to remove the shellac that had been applied by a previous technician at your salon. Normally, removal is free when the salon did the original treatment, so it didn’t feel fair that I was made to pay simply because the previous staff member had left. Charging me £14 for this has not only left me disappointed, but it has also cost you a loyal client – I would have spent far more with your salon over time than that amount.

Bubbled not smooth manicure. I called to ask if what I booked included gel, I was told yes and then they charged me extra on the day! It also looked horrible and very limited colours.
