Eyebrow threading was great but the hair cut was poor. I didn’t get what I asked for, and the stylist seemed to constantly second guess herself. I asked for a specific number on back and sides and yet she kept swapping between clipper sizes and still did not cut close enough. Also I ended up with an under cut on the sides that I didn’t ask for and the line shaved in wasn’t straight. Didn’t complain due to her clearly being unsure and under confident. Ended up going elsewhere to get it fixed

I came for my appointment and the nail tech was running late due to the previous client coming in late. Of course I understand this happens so I sat and waited and about 10 mins went by and they offered me a free back massage which was lovely! I couldn’t believe it most salons would just make you sit and wait. The massage was really good once we had finished I sat down and waited a further 15 mins but the owner made sure I was comfortable and kept checking on me. You can really tell they care!
