Salon was closed! I waited 20 mins! No answer on landline, mobile or email. Treatwell have poor customer service - when I contacted them I got a message saying there were no humans available! Let’s see if I get my refund???

Booked my appointment for 10am, arrived 09:50 and shutters were down, shops shut. I waited until after 10am and nobody came. Thankfully I didn't prepay for the appointment. I had no communication the appointment was not going ahead, terrible service.

It was hard work to find any nice colours for gel nail. Extremely limited range and not the best quality. The salon needs renovation and a good scrub. Helen is a lovely lady and did her best, but communication was difficult. Very disappointed...
