The ladies were really friendly & made me feel very comfortable - I had a facial with Jila and my skin feels amazing! Jila was super nice & I have already booked in for nails & a pedicure - it’s great because they do loads of different treatments so no need to run around to other salons - highly recommended

Most of their staff cannot speak and understand English so it makes it difficult to convey.
My husband's haircut was completely ruined 1 day before the wedding. He tried to explain to the stylist but she couldn't understand English properly. In the end, she gave uneven haircut and left a big chunk of hair uncut.
My eyebrow was badly shaped, I felt she was untrained with thread she kept on using plucker.
I got black scars after few hours of underarm wax.
A big NO to this salon.
