Most recent, booked for natural semi permanent lashes. Shown an image. Normally takes around 45mins elsewhere. Took over 2 hrs and was given very full on lashes. Precise technician but did not understand my request. Told would take 5 mins to remove, 20 minutes later all still on, left very upset with removal cream. Bought solution elsewhere to remove myself. They did not charge me due to the misunderstanding. Communication barrier an issue on both my visits here. Shame as the owner is lovely.

It was a lovely treatment and lovely people, felt very friendly :) Although I did think I may have had a polish with the mani/pedi; not disappointed, just realised I should have asked beforehand

By far, the nicest salon I have come across on Treatwell. I was made to feel welcome the minute I walked in - everyone was really friendly and chatty. The deep conditioning has left my think, usually tangled hair, smooth and soft. The cut is just what I needed to fix a previously disastrous hair cut done else where. I love my straight, sleek new hair. Definitely a team and service that has left me feeling good and pampered. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend. Thank you :)

Very friendly girls who made you feel welcome. The salon was lovely and clean.The massage chair was something else - I almost fell asleep! Hair cut was lovely and just what I’ve needed after lock down. Price was very reasonable. I have booked in my next appointment.
