Absolutely shocking service! Booked to have acrylic tips, they took 2 and a half hours to do. They were so bad that I had to pay to have them removed the next day and it was only then that I realised she had filed through my actual nail. The pain was unbearable. I phoned and asked for a refund and was told that “I’ll send you one, but if you leave a bad review you get nothing” that was two weeks ago and still nothing. Even though the manager witnessed me being burnt with the electric file. Avoid
