Hurt my knee on holiday, was is a lot a pain, after my first treatment i could feel the difference. Having second treatment on Friday, looking forward to my weekend without pain.

I visited Jaime after having reached a point where I was sick of dealing with inflammation in my elbow tendons. Within two minutes she could see that this was probably due to tightness in other parts of my body. She worked on those areas and showed me some stretches to do at home. When I left I felt ten times better. I’ll definitely be going back for further treatments. Couldn’t rate the treatment or the service any better. Top notch!

Whatever the ache, pain or strain, Jaime's awesome and always makes it all better. I first saw her for help getting over a nasty ankle strain, and now have regular appointments every few weeks for desk-job-related aches and niggles.
Jaime's super-professional but also a really good giggle, and her treatment room is a really nice space - definitely not a pokey box room like so many treatment rooms.
The number of different techniques she knows is incredible, so she can adapt treatment to whatever you've got going on.
100% would recommend!
