I was suffering from lower back pain so visited J'aime Sports Therapy.
I received a warm welcome which put me at ease. I explained the issue and the treatment I received was excellent. Each part of the treatment was explained and I felt comfortable throughout. I left with three exercises to do at home having taken photos of them on my phone. I'd recommend J'aime Sports Therapy....professional, friendly and effective.

As always after a quick discussion of my latest sporting activities, duathlon, swimming and weightlifting, this time, Jaime headed straight to the relevant muscle groups and was able to ease out the various aches pains I have accumulated. We also discussed a plan for preventative activities ie various stretches and rolling that I need to do.
As always, Jaime is very professional and approachable.
